I’m Caroline, an executive coach with 20 years’ experience in senior roles within global corporate organisations. Throughout my career, I worked in fast-paced environments where change was constant and expectations were high — and where I developed a strong passion for people development and coaching.
 
A defining moment came during a major reorganisation, when I became the employee representative for my division. In that role, I supported colleagues through the emotional and practical impact of redundancy — listening to uncertainty, fear, and loss of confidence alongside very real questions about identity, direction, and what came next.

That experience fundamentally shaped my path. It showed me how profoundly change can affect even the most capable professionals — and how transformative it is to feel supported, heard, and guided through those moments. It was then that I made the decision to train as a coach professionally, alongside my corporate career.

Today, I work with mid-career leaders navigating all forms of transition — from promotion and increased responsibility to return from maternity leave, redundancy or a sense of lost direction. Through Lighthouse Point, I support individuals rebuild confidence, strengthen resilience, and move forward with clarity, intention, and wellbeing.
