What is coaching


Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you unlock your personal and professional potential and move towards meaningful goals. It’s a space to think, reflect, and take action — through deep listening, insightful questions, and constructive challenge.

It’s important to distinguish coaching from mentoring. A mentor offers guidance, advice, and direction based on their own experience in a specific field or situation.


As a coach, I won’t tell you what to do — I’ll ask the right questions to help you discover what’s right for you.

Coaching is also different from therapy.

Therapy focuses on healing past experiences and working through emotional difficulties. Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on the present and supports you in moving towards a desired future.

How do I know you are the right coach for me?


Finding the right coach is a personal decision — it’s important that you feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

For this reason, I offer a free, no-obligation discovery call. This is a space for us to explore what brings you to coaching, what you’d like to change or achieve, and how I could support you.

It’s an opportunity for you to get a feel for me, and for me to ensure I’m the right person to help you move forward.

What does a coaching session typically look like?


Most sessions last 60 minutes. At its core, it’s a focused conversation, shaped by a clear goal at the start and a clear way forward at the end.

We begin by exploring what’s on your mind and what you’d like to get from the session. You might come with something specific, or simply a sense that something needs to shift — both are welcome. My role is to help you turn that into a clear goal we can work through together.

As the session unfolds, we may:

• Clarify your goal

• Identify patterns, beliefs, or blockers

• Explore different ways of thinking about a situation

• Strengthen your confidence in your own thinking and decision-making

• Agree on actions or next steps

There’s no pressure to have the “right” answers. The value comes from having a structured space to explore things honestly and move forward with clarity.

What is the investment?


Because every client and situation is different, I offer a range of options depending on the level of support you’re looking for. This might include one-off sessions or a more sustained coaching journey over time.

We’ll talk through what feels right for you during our initial conversation, and I’ll recommend an approach that best supports what you want to achieve.
